As an avid skier, I was determined to improve the user experience of the We Ski app. I found that the app had difficulty navigating and issues with performance recording, often resulting in interrupted recordings. I set out to redesign key features of the We Ski app to make it easier for skiers and snowboarders to track and share their mountain adventures and make the app more enjoyable.
I successfully addressed the navigation and performance issues and created a more delightful and user-friendly app for all skiers and snowboarders.
My redesign project resulted in a 63% increase in direct success and a 36 seconds reduction in task completion time in usability tests. Overall, the redesign project improved the user experience and made the We Ski app more enjoyable and useful for its users.
